I’ve been here for three years and I’ve had a great experience with the management office and neighbors. They offer a lot of community additions, like food trucks and holiday parties. I would recommended to anyone. Kanisha is great! If you are thinking about checking it out, you should.

Great value for the money. Nothing around the Deerfield area comes even close. Elisha is also really great asset to the company. There’s a very nice pool, nice outdoor lounge chairs, a nice gym that’s open 24/7, and a side room to practice yoga / cycling. The maintenance team is amazing, and Kanisha is very helpful at the office. Would highly recommend this place.

Kanisha was super helpful and friendly. She gave us all the information we needed to have a smooth move in. The apartment is amazing and we love living here. The complex is well maintained and the amenities are great. Great community all together.
