After living in another Boca rental community, the property at Cortland Uptown is just simply on another level. The staff, the property, the amenities, the events, the residents ... the list goes on. I can honestly say, from someone who does wayyyy to much research when she is going to do something, this was by far the best move I've made in a long time. There is no way that someone moving here could possibly have a bad experience. The staff just wouldn't let that happen. Thank you for all that... you've done to make this an easy move during a hard time in my families life.

Love living here. Very well maintained and managed community. Amenities are great. The management team goes above and beyond for their residents - from fun well organized community events and account management. The maintenance staff is very professional and detailed.

I love our Cortland and absolutely everything about it is good. Except for one detail that I have already described earlier. I very often have to deal with dog waste. It really reduces my standard of living significantly. I would like to find a community without dogs at all. Although I must admit that the staff tries and cleans up, but the problem is with the dog owners, it is outrageous.
