My fiance and I recently toured Cortland Royal Palm Beach, and we had such a great experience! The apartments we saw were incredibly spacious (don't get me started on the closet space!), clean, and beautifully laid out. We also loved the amenities, especially the resort-style pool, the gym, the sauna, and outdoor grill and game spaces. The entire property felt well-maintained, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The first time we toured we even got to see the setup... for a community event they were hosting, which was super cute!

The location of Cortland also piqued our interest because although slightly tucked away from the bustling roads, it's prime location for grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas that are all less than 10 minutes from you.

I especially want to highlight Lorea, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She answered every question we had (and we had a lot!), made everything feel easy and stress-free, and even booked us for a second tour when we wanted to see additional units. She’s been so responsive, patient, and genuinely kind — you can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit.

Beautiful and new community I'm really loving the amenities (especially the cold plunge pool and the coffee bar) and the maintenance team is on the money! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eduardo M. and he made my issue look like a piece of cake with a great attitude and some jokes along the way. 1000/10 keep it up!

The maintenance performed in my apartment for my washer issue was fixed and resolved so quickly by the Eddie the Maintenance Supervisor. His work is top notch. He has completed a few repairs for my apartment and done a great job working around this beautiful community. I highly recommend this community.
