Great place to live
Place is well taken care of. Management is friendly, specially Sabrina. She made us feel part of the community immediately and made our move in process very easy.

The rent value should equal the experience of the unit, building and office management. The gate is always broken, pests have increased, neighbors have been obnoxious, AC has constant issues increasing electric bill, toilet leaks and hasn’t fully been repaired.
