The neighborhood is great! The people are friendly, the grounds are kept clean and I love how they have food trucks every now and then. I feel very safe here too.

Been in the neighborhood now for two years and really haven’t had much complaints about anything and the maintenance team handles most of the requests when I submit them. Just wish we had a hot tub at the pool for after the gym.

5 years here . Ups and downs but overall, great place to live. A lot of lawn maintenance, which some trees were removed by the cars that have birds living in them . Parking can be better . Hard to share spots if you live in a one bedroom . Guest parking is impossible at night

We are in our 2nd year and all we can say is: Great Experience, Excellent Management, Security and needless to say "Excellent Maintenance". The Manager and Assistant Manager are "Awesome".
