The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. The whole process of becoming a resident was smooth and although the snowy weather threw off our application processing timetable, my family and I were still able to move in at our scheduled time. My apartment was completely ready to move in and anything that needed to be corrected was taken care of immediately. I see why the retention rate is so high.

I’m loving the community so far, the maintenance staff is good and the front office staff is nice and attentive. My only issue is that my apartment needed several things that needed repair, I wish those things would have been addressed before I moved in.

EASY APPLICATION PROCESS
I haven’t moved in yet but I’m looking forward to being a resident here. The complex is beautiful and I applied to my unit sight unseen! The application process was smooth and easy and quick! Tikeria is amazing!!!!! I would definitely go see her if looking for a home here!
