Friendly staff and for the most part quiet. I know it's hard to keep the grounds clean around the buildings and the hallways. Maybe a better plan to be honest I am not sure.

In general it is a good place to live. The apartments are sorely in need of some outside space like a balcony. So that's a big letdown. The air filters are not changed automatically, you have to call for them to do it. The water never gets hot enough for a bath so the bigger tub is pretty useless. I've come around on the Luxer system, I know it is not easy to have something relatively secure that works. Not being able to have a central place to bring my larger trash is not ideal. Sometimes I... have things to get rid of that are big or I have a lot more trash than a bag or two.

Overall it is just ok.

When we first moved in, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The complex was great dealing with our frustrations and understanding the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve had no issues and enjoyed our time. The amenities are great and we have enjoyed the pool and grill areas.

I love living at the Pointe at Concord , The staff is professional and courteous, the maintenance staff is prompt and the neighbors all are nice. The only thing that needs improvement is pet owners should pick up after their dogs [waste] so that everyone can enjoy the entire property, including the grassy areas.

Good place to live. First lease I was traveling every week so weekends it was nice. Now it’s just quiet and relaxing. It would be nice if people would pick up after their dogs because I feel like I can’t enjoy the grass at all.
