Poor Communication from Management
We encountered a few detrimental situations at this property. More often than not, when reaching out to management, they have made significant errors in communication as though they don't seem to actually know what they are talking about? Which isn't a huge deal with lesser concerns but proved to be very frustrating when it came to anything significant. When it came to actually hazardous events (electrical and biohazardous situations), it took over 24 hours to have these issues addressed. And... management lives on-site.
If you have larger furniture, you likely won't be able to get it up to your unit or will with much strife because that elevator is tiny and there's only one. Speaking of which, the elevator routinely breaks down. Not to mention, they shut off water to the building frequently from 9-5. For what reason, I don't know because it usually isn't mentioned in the notification. In the course of a year, they shut the water off 11 times. Both the upper and lower parking floors have a clearance, which is obviously only an issue if you have a larger vehicle. We did a virtual tour because we were unable to physically be there and were told that there isn't any clearance for the upper parking level since it's outdoors only to find that our vehicle did not meet the height clearance that definitely existed (again, a testament to management's communication).
Upon moving out, you should know that there is a mandatory $350 ( tax) cleaning fee. So, whether or not you clean up for departure, you will be charged the fee anyway and an additional fee for anything they deem to be beyond normal wear-and-tear.
