In the heart of Waikiki
The Management Team of Nikki and Madison are awesome Very hands on, professional and available. They have gone above and beyond to facilitate my move in and more importantly have made me feel very welcome. The on site Maintenance Team is also available, professional and friendly. I also like that Nikki and Madison have their office on the main floor of the building, another convenience.
The location of Waikiki Walina Apts is superb. Central to it all. The famous Waikiki Beach, beautiful... Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head, lots of attractions and museums. Shopping, restaurants, take out eateries, nightlife and more all of it within walking distance. So convenient.
The units are very nice and comfortable. Very clean, bright and airy. Love that the fur babies can live here as well, plenty of places to walk the pups.
I’m very happy with my decision to live here. Aloha

Would not reccomend
The managers are very nice, however anytime after closing hours or on the weekends there is no way to reach them. So this means if you lock yourself out of your room, you are screwed. No way to get back in until they open the office again the next day. People don’t clean up after their pets, the entry way to the building constantly smells like cat pee and the trash chutes reek of cat litter. Very very noisy starting at 7 in the morning. Parking is non existent, drive around for hours for a spot... blocks away. Laundry room is always gross and has huge roaches down there and you have to pay every time you wash your clothes. Bugs on the higher floors can get bad, but not big ones usually. They told me they spray every few months but I’ve never seen anyone spray since I’ve lived there. The parking on their street is a total of 3 spaces with meters because all the other spots are reserved all day thanks to the construction on our road that is so loud!! The rent is way too high for an unfurnished studio with utilities not included and paying extra for literally everything like laundry, parking, and pets. Also no AC so it’s very hot.

Efficient. Available. Comfortable. Central.
Experienced a smooth and efficient transition moving into this property; there were no delays and the move in was prompt.
Property Manager Madison has been available and responsive during the application process, the move-in, and throughout.
The space here is comfortable, quiet, and the other tenants are welcoming. Also to mention the ocean breeze is almost constant throughout the day and night.
The property is central to everything and is within walking, biking, rideshare, or driving... distance. The International Market and shops are across the street, convenience shopping is on either corner, entertainment is throughout, and the beaches are within a 6-7 minute walk.
