It is too soon to rate with the new company who just took over. I know they are doing a lot of work and trying to clean up the property along with the apartments and I think they are on the right track. I like it here, I feel safe and I love the location and my apartment and I am able to afford the rent. I have had the property manager here looking at everything that needs to be done he has a list and I also have turned in request....we'll see what happens. I have been complaining since I... moved in...this all should have been done before I moved in and now this has all transferred to the new company

The move was quick and easy. It's a great community here for sure, everyone here is nice. Parking is easy and it's easy to find a spot too. It also has a dog park right next to our building. The leasing building was close by for any issues too.

Office staff is always very nice. I’ve been here 28 years so I must love it?? maintenance is always quick to fix things. My rent did go up quite a bit this year so if if continues to do that I might have to find somewhere else to go. Not really looking forward to that.

I just moved in a couple of days ago. So im still new. But at my old apt every day got worse. Bugs, an insane amount of noise. Im very happy i choose this place! They have been pleasant and very accommodating. Have helped me in every way they could. The apt itself is great as well. A little outdated for the price but what isint these days honestly. Overall very happy and no complaints so far!
