I like living here, it's a quiet condominium, the children can play. My only dissatisfaction is the orders that we can't receive here because of thefts.

Been here many years ! I’ve never had any issues . Maintenance always comes quickly if we have had any problems . The office has been accommodating to our needs .

Too many roaches. Bad insulation. Floor is too noisy. Shower has no pressure. Does not have a intercom. Office says opened but is very difficult to find someone there.
I recommend everyone to put 12 ampoules of PetArmor for dogs ( red box) inside a windex and spray it for all the apartment baseboard.
