We are having a great experience living at Rockwell, close to everything we need and very welcoming and friendly. Administration and maintenance are always provide attentive service.

The amenities at this community are very nice. There is a nice pool, gym and dog park. Also the management and maintenance staff are very nice.

The downside is that they have almost no recourse for any residents that violate the terms of lease.

There are several smokers in the community that smoke on the property and leave their cigarette butts everywhere and unless they are "caught in the act" they can not be held to account. This is meant to be a smoke free community.

There are several... bad dog owners in the community that don't pick up after their dogs, making walks cumbersome. There is a nice sized field that some owners allow their dogs off leash and when their dogs attack you or your pets, there is nothing that management can do. This creates a very unsafe environment for families who would like to let their children play in the same space.

For the high cost of rent, the amenities are nice but the standards of living are subpar and potentially dangerous. Read More

It's a nice community. The management is so nice and the maintenance staff is so fast. I love that it's pet friendly and now there are tons of kids too!
