I’ve enjoyed living at Tempo ! I previously lived in Boston but wanted to downsize and stumbled upon tempo and I haven’t been disappointed - from the bowling alley and the pool my kiddos enjoy in the summer! My neighbors have been really welcoming as well and have little convos here and there too, it’s a nice family friendly community

The apartment is great! I love the architecture style, there's a good amount of sunlight and the location is great. The windows could open more (they can be open but just a tiny bit) yet I understand that's the standard for many apartments in the region.

I really like living here - the maintenance team is friendly and resolves issues quickly and the apartment is comfortable. I appreciate the easy access to the Minuteman Trail. The only piece of feedback is visitor parking - there isn't a lot of space for visitors and it's necessary to ask for a parking pass days and sometimes weeks in advance.

So far, I'm hopeful about Tempo. There were some issues with move-in but everyone in the main office has been fantastic about making it right. The location is fantastic and the units are similarly well appointed. The amenities are out of this world and the rental rate is highly competitive, even with the parking fee.
I would recommend taking a tour.
