I have now been here almost a year and cannot wait to renew for next year. The complex is clean and quiet and all staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Very welcoming community. Staff is very kind and helpful. Amenities are amazing ?? Highly recommend this community.The grounds are meticulously kept and the maintenance crew are quick to address any issue thrown their way.

Everyone is friendly from the office to the people . The fitness center is nice and so is the pool. We enjoy having the grill to use also! It’s also well maintained. We’re notified when gatherings are happening.

I have lived at the Kinloch for about 6 months now and I still continue to love it and am grateful to call it home. I do wish the pool was open later that just 11-8 but that has been the only gripe.

The Kinloch feels like you’re on vacation full time. The environment is welcoming. There’s everything you can think of for amenities from a pool to a grooming room for your pets, and everything in between. Honestly the place has been a dream.
