It’s been really nice and peaceful! Exactly what we needed. You should really consider by allowing Gas grills in here. Would be awesome not to have to line up to use the grills from the outside that everyone use.

Overall my roommate and I have been pretty happy with apartment at Summit Place, and have found everyone in the main office to be incredibly helpful and prompt when dealing with maintenance requests or other concerns. The only area of improvement I can think of off the top of my head is that occasionally packages will get delivered in front of our building instead of directly to the mail room, and then will be gone by the time I get home from work. Companies have been very generous so far about... refunding packages that I didn't receive, but maybe a clearer sign for delivery truck drivers about the location of the package room could prevent similar issues in the future.
