It has been a great location. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all that has been offered and would honestly want to give five stars, but unfortunately there are some areas of improvement I would have to see to give that. The finances that I expended wasn’t something I was projecting when I first signed. This was caused by the trash providers, rent fees, and other complications, so I can come to understand. Love this community, and am eager to see it thrive this summer!

Responsive front desk staff. My only complaint is how hot the 1st floor units get due to the heated garage and hallways. That and there are never poop bags at the dog park

Safe, quiet, good location. Annoyances include rent getting jacked up with new ownership. Overall probably competitively priced for what it offers, and location really is great. Generally have had good experiences with office as well, though not always.

The location is great, the walking trail is amazing, management is nice, and maintenance fixes requests in a timely manner. Only downside is how warm the apartment has been in the winter. Can solve it by opening windows but it’s a little annoying. Overall nice place to live!
