POTENTIAL TENANTS BE ADVISED:

We feel compelled to share some concerns regarding our experience at this property. Despite explicit lease provisions, there appears to be a lack of enforcement regarding pitbull ownership, resulting in safety incidents such as an unleashed and unregistered pitbull chasing my girlfriend. Despite reporting the incident to management, no action was taken.

Additionally, various long-standing issues persist within the community, including a bent and net-less...
basketball goal for over a year, an inadequately maintained dog park, frequent theft in the parking lot, aging and inefficient AC units, and an ongoing challenge with dog waste management requiring the hiring of personnel for cleanup. The general state of the parking lots, necessitating covered parking for practicality, and an overgrown walking trail further contribute to our dissatisfaction.

Regrettably, this property lacks the previous management team's efficacy, and the overall quality of living has suffered. While the maintenance team and gym facilities are commendable, these positives are outweighed by the substantial concerns outlined above. As our lease term progresses, our optimism for improvement diminishes, and we eagerly anticipate its conclusion.

Bad management

When we moved out, we were charged more than we expected. They charged us for things that we were not late on and refused to change it. The front desk people are never on the same page.

Would recommend

I lived here for 2 years without very many issues. Maintenance fixes things on time, the pool and weight room are great, and the surrounding area has every store you could imagine. My only complaints are that the hot tub was always closed and once our AC went out.

Look somewhere else

I honestly would not recommend this place at all. Pool and hot tub has been closed over almost two months. The back end of the office doesn’t seem like they flipping care that it is closed. My group and I have approached them a lot of times on why it’s not opened and they give excuse after excuse after excuse and nothing gets done. I don’t pay a lot of money just to have a roof over my head. I want to be able to enjoy the amenities and I can’t. Don’t live here!

Lived here over a year

Very frustrated with this apartment complex. I have lived here for 1 year and got a letter saying we need to let them know a month in advance if we wanted to renew the lease. I called a month before our lease ended to confirm we would not be renewing and they said we would have to pay for 60 extra days! They were not helpful or flexible. Would NOT recommended!!! Also-heating/cooling is very expensive. I’ve asked around what others are paying in KC and Liberty and it’s nowhere near what I’ve been... paying at Cordillera.
