I had an appointment. When I got there, the people in the office had no clue that I was coming to view one of their units. I had to wait an entire hour for them to get a model ready for me to review. While we were in the model, they told me that if I was interested, I would need to give them documentation and a holding fee. I told her that I was not going to do a holding fee until I knew that I had been approved for the apartment. I explained to her that if I am looking at and paying an... application fee for 5 different apartment complexes and all of them are requiring a holding fee, I would be out of over 1000.00 and would have to wait to get my money back from each location and that is tying up too much of my money and still have to pay for moving. She then told me that we can see before I leave if I would be approved so that I will feel comfortable putting money down on the apartment as a holding fee. I told her ok. I also asked them did they have mice. The agent could not promise me that they DID NOT have mice, but they claim to exterminate monthly. While I was in the office with them SHE did my application in the office. I gave her my ss#, identification, and how much I made (verbally). I also paid 65.00 application fee. After putting everything in the system she told me that I would not qualify for the apartment because I had a balance showing up on my credit that I owed another apartment complex. I asked her was she telling me that we can not move forward and she confirmed. A few days later I get all kind of emails telling me that I need to pay the holding fee for the apartment or my application will be trashed! I explained what was told to me and all of a sudden the agent has amnesia! She new that I was not going to pay the holding fee so she told me what I wanted to hear so that she can at least get the application fee from me SCAM. I would not have paid the application fee if a holding fee was still required before approval

Dishonest advertising
This business does not factually represent their pet policies. They claim on here that there are no fees associated and yet that's the first thing they said when I called to ask. They also have size and breed restrictions. You cannot have a pet over 35 lb.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!
This is the number one most horrible place to live. They don’t fix your maintenance issues no matter how bad they are. I have been trying to get them to fix an issue they caused and they are totally ignoring me. The apartments are roach infested no matter how clean your apartment is staff is rude and like to talk over you when you are trying to address an issue. Save your money.

Don't Waste Your Money!
Management here is the worst. They cancel mantainence requests without ever doing the work. The pool is for show--it isn't actually open. And don't get me started on the bug problem. The rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Do not waste your money
The buildings are falling apart. The elevators are constantly out and they never fix anything. The ladies in the office are very nice, except for the two managers who are never there and don't do anything that they say they will do. I am a 60 yr old Grandmother and I have never been treated with such disrespect. This property was seen numerous times on local tv because renters complained about repairs not being done. They have been reported to the city over and over again and management does... NOTHING except continue to demand rent. Hands down the worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life (and I have had a few). Save your money, health and sanity. DO NOT RENT HERE
