Well managed, luxury apartments

Beautiful finishes in the apartment, updated and easily used appliances. Close parking with options. The Maintenance is dependable and friendly. Management was easy to work with and the location was optimal for traveling around Kansas City. I highly recommend The Haven at Shoal Creek for a safe and restful place to live.

My Home

If you’re looking for a well-managed, friendly, and safe place to call home, I highly recommend it.
I’ve noticed some negative reviews related to the amenities and management. I believe the management team does its best to maintain a peaceful environment. Let’s remember that they have a tough job balancing everyone’s needs. Amenities were closed at every apartment complex and I’m glad that they thought of our safety first.

Love it!

I’ve been living at The Haven at Shoal Creek for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the sense of community here.
The location is unbeatable. Close to parks, shopping centers, and great restaurants. I can easily walk to everything I need.
Amenities: The amenities are top-notch. The pool area is my favorite spot during the summer, and the fitness center is well-equipped.
Maintenance: Whenever I’ve had...
a maintenance request, it’s been addressed promptly.
Management: The management staff is helpful and friendly.
Pet-Friendly: As a pet owner, I appreciate that this complex is pet-friendly. There’s even a dog park on-site!
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and friendly community, I highly recommend The Haven at Shoal Creek

Bad management

Cant wait for my lease to end so I can leave , one of the worst places i have ever lived in , management are rude and ignorants , find you a better place and stay away

Makes me Sad.

This place handled COVID-19 the worst I have seen. They would not let us use any of the amenities besides the pool outside of office hours even though they sent an email stating that it all would be open until 10:00pm again. I am frustrated beyond belief and feel like we are extremely over paying since we can’t even use half of the amenities when I get home from work. The apartment itself is nice but I would rather give my money to people who know how to run a business. The leasing agents are... fantastic it is just management. I am not one to write reviews like this but I have never been so frustrated and disheartened.
