Affordable. Friendly. Safe for people AND Amazon packages ;) I've lived at Concord 3 years. Always hear back in a reasonable manor if something needs maintenance and the people in the office are always friendly!

Concord Manor has been our home for going on 3 years now and I couldn’t imagine a better place to live! The property is well managed, clean, and feels very safe! I would recommend Concord Manor 100%!!!!

Great location, very close to shopping and dining. Management is pretty decent. Very dog friendly and maintenance is usually pretty quick with any issues that arise.

I love my little apartment, haven’t had any issues with pests, my free internet is amazing, the property is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. The area is great cause it’s between sunshine and battlefield and next to 65, super accessible to the whole area but also way safer than north side apartments. The only complaint I have is a few times a month I can smell weed coming from other apartments. I hate the weed smell so much but I know it’s just part of life.
