I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. I would recommend this place to live!

I’ve rented several places before, but this apartment stands out for many reasons. First, I feel very safe here, which is huge. The location is also ideal, putting me close to work and the things I enjoy around town. The rent is affordable, especially for the quality of living it offers. Maintenance is incredibly prompt and efficient—they never leave me waiting long! I also love the amenities, which make it feel like I have everything I need right at home. Definitely a place I plan to stay for a... while!

i’ve lived here for over several years. this property has decent pricing (especially with apartment pricing nowadays) and amenities (like gym, pool, and laundry room) readily available. location is close to several stores and gas stations.
