I have loved living at Quail Ridge East this year and I will be renewing my lease for another year. The place has been awesome, perfect location and nice places for how cheap the rent is. I absolutely recommend living here if you’re looking for a great and cheap place to stay.

Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood is safe and I've never had any issues with theft. The only real complaint is noise. The walls are thin so you will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking in the middle of the night. Overall, though, I am still very satisfied with my stay and would... recommend it if you're looking for a place that's affordable, safe, and comfortable.

I have lived here for a little over a year and have loved my experience. There are great amenities! They have a laundry center, fitness center, playground, and a great pool. Maintenance has been helpful and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend living here.

My wife and I have lived at Quail Ridge East Apartments for about four years now. We are happy to call it our home! Maintenance requests are answered promptly and efficiently. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend these apartments for anyone who wants an affordable and comfortable place to live.

Overall it's a great place to live I would recommend it to anybody who needs affordable living and a safe environment great first-timer apartment and the pools are awesome shout out to the managers for being easy to work with.
