The management is so unorganized and unprofessional..they take FOREVER to fix something in your apartment things are not updated they will take months sometimes to fix something …the internet is always going out… the blinds were dirty when I first moved in. They don’t communicate well.. the switch management about three times since I’ve been here. They just make it a terrible experience for you

downhill, fast
I agree with the other review. This building is really not being kept up. Many packages have been stolen, there are random people roaming the halls. The doors are propped open often. Additionally the hallway always stinks and the carpets are incredibly dirty. Our unit was lovely and maintenance was ok but isn’t worth dealing with loud neighbors and an unkempt facility. Too bad.

Not as good as they once were
Since Campbell Properties took over, the building has gone downhill by going the Goldmark direction. The apartments are no longer maintained as they once were. There's damage to walls in and in the staircases that go neglected and the maintenance workers are so overwhelmed with the amount of apartments to cover that they cannot keep up. They got rid of having an apartment manager for each apartment and opted for an "area manager." Huge mistake. I moved out of these apartments a few months ago... and am so glad that I did. Beautiful apartments that are going downhill quickly. Very sad. Shame on you, Campbell Properties.
