Loud busy street so I dont keep open window at night and sketchy people in parking lot a lot. The smell of marijuana is so strong and nobody cares if they get in trouble. “Newly renovated”, very cheaply renovated. There was bugs, leaks, can’t let water touch the walls or floor otherwise it stains. As well the noise of dogs barking from 4am to midnight is ridiculous. For the money you’ll pay you can get a actual luxury apartment.

This place has a a serious roach infestation in all of it’s buildings, you will experience them getting pushed in or visiting your apartment at some point of you living here. The exterminators know there’s a bigger issue, they say it when they have to come, management will not and probably cannot fix these issues while also still renting it to new people and lying to them that this is the best place to live. It’s also not Luxury living, that’s a lie. My family loves the size of this unit and the insane amount of closet space. Staff is great and so are my neighbors.
