The worst management you will ever deal with. They almost never answer their phones. There’s always excuses with them. The laundry machines never work. The elevator is constantly going out. When maintenance is done is it always halfway done. Please do not come here. For you own sake

Avoid this dump
Avoid at all cost. This place is horrible. The property management clearly does not care about this building or the people in it. We have had to have all our mail sent elsewhere because other tenants will steal it. Property management will do nothing about it, and when I brought up the fact that that have cameras and can see who is stealing it, I was told that “they don’t even know if the cameras work.” You are supposed to need a key fob to get into the building (that will cost $70 to replace)... but the front door has been broken for a year. They installed a whole new back door, and that one opens without the fob too! Any maintenance request I’ve put in has taken literal months to have fixed. That’s with constantly bugging them to fix it. We had a leak in our ceiling, right above our bed, coming through THE LIGHT FIXTURE and it took over a month to fix. There is constantly trash in the hallways and elevator, and the neighbors are constantly fighting and yelling and causing issues. When my partner was being physically threaded by another tenant, property management told them that, since they weren’t causing any issues with any other tenants that they wouldn’t do anything about it. We had to take this lady to court to get her to stop harassing us. Every couple weeks someone falls asleep cooking and you’ll have to get up in the middle of the night to go outside and wait for the fire department to come clear the building. This place will raise your rent every year and charges double what most other complexes charge for pet fees, and will not do anything to take care of you or your apartment. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place at all costs. Wouldn’t want my worst enemy living in this dump.
