Great Location & Comfortable Living
I’ve been living in this apartment for 7 years , and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The unit itself is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Management is responsive to maintenance requests and the office staff are kind and helpful and put on great community events! Noise levels are generally low, making it a comfortable place to live... . Would recommend!

Best Building All Around
Love this place. It’s got great amenities and located perfectly by the train station. Everyone that works in the building are also extremely nice and helpful. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever rented, and I don’t think anything will ever top this place.

Amazing Building!
My husband and I have lived and Third & Valley a little over a year, and just resigned our lease. We absolutely love it here! The proximity to the train can't be beat (we both commute so that's what drew us to the building originally). The building is kept so clean and the gym, pool, parking garage, trash service are all amazing. Most importantly, we can't say enough nice things about the staff - they are true all-stars. We'll be looking to buy a house eventually and I know we'll be sad to... leave!
