I've lived at Estancia for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! The leasing team is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance always resolves issues within a day. My neighbors are respectful and courteous, making for a great community atmosphere. I also appreciate the consistent security presence and the well-maintained gates—both of which can be major concerns at other apartments in Vegas. Plus, I’ve never had an issue with bugs, which is a huge relief.

I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time. The 2nd floor apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, and a HUGE patio. The staff was always responsive and made the complex feel like a family-run property. People were VERY nice. There was security walking around at night. My only complaint was the dated cabinets/kitchen floor, but I'm sure some have been updated. I loved the convenient location across the street from the Y for workouts.
