Disappointed as I’ve been a resident here for 5 years now.

Cleanliness is not a priority here. The hallways are filled with stains from leaking trash and are never swept. There has been a pigeon infestation on the roof of my building causing bird poop to fall onto my balcony floor. It especially bad when it’s windy or rainy. It’s absolutely disgusting.

They are very good at inconveniencing their residents. There’s been countless times where I’ve gone down to my vehicle and there’s a bright green sticker on my window threatening to tow for registration...
when I clearly have an up-to-date moving permit taped in my window. There was one incident where they did tow my vehicle. You would think with how much they charge for rent here they wouldn’t be towing their residents cars.

Gates or keypads are constantly broken. Because of this they often leave the gates open all night. I’ve had my car broken into and my fiancé’s twice.

I laughed when they left a note on my door because a had hung one towel on my balcony to dry. If I did it again they were going to fine me $50.

It’s especially disappointing to see they spend so much money on repainting the entire apartment complex, repaint the parking lot or buy new building signs when there are other issues that should be taken care of first. I believe they just want the complex to look nice for people interested in the place but don’t take care of the residents who have been here since the beginning.

Look elsewhere

New management took over last year and our rent went up $300, now they are raising it by over $200 again along with pressuring us to renew early or the rent will go up even more. Ridiculous to treat your existing tenants like this. We were missing a screen in a window and rack in our stove when we moved in and never received replacements. Last fall they took the air filter from our HVAC and never gave us a replacement so we've had unfiltered air along with incredibly loud fan noise since.... Elevator has been broken down numerous times, sometimes for weeks. Pool has also been out of service extended periods of time, and machines in the gym out of service as well. Essentially paying a premium for perks we can't even use. They also got rid of the full time security service we had, even while one of the gates was stuck open for months. Lastly, the new management began adding subsidized monthly charges for the common area utilities. Recent 5 star reviews seem like they are an incentive for leaving a positive review. Plenty of options in the area, look elsewhere.

I LOVE GREYSTAR!

I will be relocating to Las Vegas in December and I currently live in a Greystar community on the East Coast. The previous reviews contained on this site were written when The Vue at Centennial was under a different company. This property was recently purchased by Greystar, and having been a previous and current resident of Greystar communities, I am more than confident that the ratings will improve tremendously, if they have not already. I actually looked for a Greystar property during my... search and I am glad that I found the Vue at Centennial!

5 Star Community

I'm so amazed at how fast these apartments are being built and the quality of the apartments. They are very high end and I love the location as well. The staff is wonderful and can't wait for everything to be completed.

BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally one of the most horrible complex's in the area. There is construction happening everywhere. It is loud and noisy and you will be woken up every morning by the sound of hammers. Difficult to access freeways due to additional construction happening in the area! STAY AWAY!!
