Like it alot

Just moved in… well minus my furniture deliveries ?? Office staff have been great throughout the move-in process. Neighbors are kind and courteous when walking their dogs near my kids. Everyone seems friendly. Nice place to call home!

AVOID!!!

avoid at all costs !!!!
over priced & horrible management. upon moving into my newly renovated apartment there were areas not sealed, my cats hid behind the counters that had nails sticking out... took maintenance almost a week to come repair and turn my water on, since my apartment clearly wasn’t finished. there were nails everywhere on the carpets and it definitely wasn’t cleaned since it was renovated. i was under the impression i was getting a balcony, which i didn’t receive either which was...
disappointing. hallways and parking garage are so dirty, ruined so many expensive pairs of shoes from walking to my car to inside my apartment. AC broke mid summer after 3 weeks of living here. maintenance kept fixing it and blaming me. i was only taken seriously when i said it’s been a week and i come home to it being 95 degrees in my apartment and my cats were panting. turns out i needed a new AC, and it wasn’t my fault. trash chute is backed up weekly, people litter everywhere. what really sent me was the fact my motorcycle was wrongfully towed and i had to pay $400 to get it out of the tow yard. i sent multiple emails and 4 days later and still not a word from victoria or management about reimbursement. this place is an absolute joke and overpriced. they try to make it exciting with their “weekly events” but how about you hire more maintenance staff and actually take care of the current problems. avoid at all costs, seriously. i spoke with many of my neighbors and they all say since this building got new management it went downhill. the guy who works in the front office is the only genuine one. everyone else has no idea what they’re doing and completely ignore you. sad

Average. Can probably get a better deal in another complex in area. Expect neighbors with pets to let them relieve themselves in hallways, elevators and to not pick up after themselves. Same with trash. Parking could be a trek depending on which apartment you live in. Delivery services/companies are not a fan of complex layout so be prepared to have to go down to get or tip to get them to your apartment.

Thank you for your post and feedback. We apologize that you have had a frustrating experience and wanted to connect on a few concerns you mentioned in your post and provide some updates. Maintenance walks the community daily and has...
designated zones each morning. We also have a team member who is tasked with maintaining the hallways, and we have recently added increased cleaning services to include weekly cleaning of the trash chutes on each floor. Additionally, notices are sent out to any identifiable residents in violation of the pet policies and an email reminder will be sent out later this week going over the policies once again.

While there are open parking spaces available residents do have the option to rent out their own designated spot for $25 per month. There are spaces available throughout the community and if you have an interest in adding one or discuss your feedback in the detail with the team they can be reached at (702) 685-5550.

NOPE.

DO NOT live here. I thought that since Jason seemed professional that it could be a decent place. It was kinda dirty in the halls, there was always trash or dog pee on the floors and people would just leave their trash on the rail by our door. Paper thin walls. The unit I moved into had ups and downs, the floors were VERY dirty and impossible to clean. I had to wear slippers constantly because the bottom of my feet would turn BLACK. It was disgusting. I sent a simple maintenance request asking... for guidance on how to clean the vinyl flooring and they didn't help at all, just closed out the request. I figured the unit had been vacant for a while since painters tape was still on the outlets, there were bugs in the tub and AC smelled TERRIBLE. We adopted a puppy, sent in our nonrefundable pet deposit, paid our MONTLY pet fee and couldn't wait to have our little guy living with us. WELL our neighbor apparently complained because of barking while we weren't home. My husband and I are both active duty military, we couldn't be home 24/7 to make sure the puppy wasn't barking. I called the office and told them we were doing what we could but we could only do so much. A couple weeks later the barking had slowed down significantly and most days stopped entirely because I was home due to covid and my husband was also teleworking 3 days a week. The neighbor stillcomplain when he wasn't even barking! I had recorded videos of the other dogs, right next door to us and down the hall, constantly barking. But that didn't matter. We recieved a 5 day notice from management to either get rid of our dog OR our lease would be terminated.. at the time I was 7 months pregnant and we were basically forced by to find a new place to live, during a pandemic. This apartment had already put us in such an uncomfortable situation by trying to find a new home during this mess and move out but now, after we have cleaned the unit and turned in our keys and left, APON THEIR REQUEST, MULTIPLE TIMES to just put in our 60 day notice to vacate, they were trying to charge us $1,400 to replace "damaged" carpet that had absolutely NOTHING wrong with it when we moved out and for DAMAGED VINYL FLOORING!! I had photos of everything that was damaged and dirty when I moved in. It is absolutely mind blowing what this apartment complex is doing and how they are taking advantage of their tenants. If you don't take my advice, read the other reviews because there are similar ones.
