Thanks for your interest in the Tudor Lane Apartments in Lockport. We have a 1–2-bedroom apartments that include heat, DirecTV, hot/cold water, garbage/sewer lawn maintenance and snow removal. Updates include carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window coverings. Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors. We allow cats and small dogs under 35 lbs. (2 Max) with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee PER pet and a monthly $25 fee ($35 for 2 pets). Our application requirements are a credit score of 650, showing good payment history and no accounts in collections. Documents needed for the application are photo ID and 1 month of paystubs.
