Living here is pretty nice. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. The building itself is a little rushed as there's some imperfections. But good over all.

We very much enjoy the location of the neighborhood and find that the grounds around the property tend to be quite well kept. It generally feels very safe, too. The property has lots of good grass for dogs, along with waste bag stations to try and encourage people to pick up their dog's poop. Maintenance has always been timely and done a good job with repairs. The units are quite pricey, though, especially to not have as many amenities as some other complexes, but that is also a larger issue... with Corvallis in general.
