The apartments are very pretty from the outside. However community upkeep is very poor. The trash cans are often overflowing in the pool and bbq areas as well as the dog walk areas.

Living at the Fitzroy is such a wonderful experience! They really care about community and cleanliness and the apartments are absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend

Overall great community. New finishings in apt, trash service included. Up to date gym and plenty of outdoor areas that are easily accessible.
