Avana is great place to live. I haven't had a problem with management yet. The staff and employees here are friendly.

The two weeks I have been living here have been great. The area is quiet and clean (garbage comes 5 days a week) and I feel safe walking my dog at night. They are pet friendly which is a huge plus. All of the appliances that came with the apartment work well and the apartment itself is quite spacious. So far I have been content with living here though it has only been two weeks so there has yet to be any issues or need to communicate with the office so I have no comment there. I definitely would... recommend checking this place out!

Community is safe in general. Not taken care well in the hall ways of the building (Not clean and some lights are off). Maintenance is slow and may not be completed for some irrational excuses.
