I love living at Avana South Oaks. They listen to your complaints and needs. The value for your money is better than anywhere else I have found in town which is crucial as a single mom. I feel safe and the location is amazing.

The apartments are very small for the price that they charge for rent. Your amenities are included, but you never have access to them. The gym has been locked for almost the whole year that I’ve been here. The laundry facility looks like it’s never been cleaned with nonworking machines, the pool is never clean, but you are paying for these amenities in your rent. Trash compactor is always full and over flowing.

Hi Anonymous. We actually include laundry in all units and have not had the laundry facility for some time. Can you shoot us your apartment so we can order you a new washer and dryer? I amva long time resident and I love it here. The staff are great and management so willing to help and assist. Avana is the place to live.
