Disappointed
I have been calling for a couple days to pick up a application ,every time I would go nobody was there and no one was picking up the phone. I would hear a phone ringing when I would call outside the office and no answer . so I don’t understand why, you say units are available and not answer or call back. I truly did like this property but was just disappointed and gave up trying to find more info !

Hallmark Apts
This a nice place to live because it's walking distant to Bassett Place ,Kmart and restaurants. The apts..maintained and the staff very nice .
