Manager will make up any excuse and make up stories to kick you out. Manager claimed I was being too loud, yet I was never home, and manger claimed I threatened someone, but again. I am never home!! I always Pay on time. DO NOT RENT HERE!

You get what you pay for!
Very poorly maintained. Despite the maintenance workers being miracle workers, the property management does not spend enough to update the facility, just paints over it. Due to high demand and relatively good prices, these apartments have a very high turnover rate making it possible to get away with anything, including mice and cockroaches. They fumigate but we still have them. Not worth having "all utilities paid," since you only get what you pay for.
