Good and spacious units with reasonable monthly rent. Only thing is they are infested with German Roaches and no matter how much you clean, cover gaps and maintenance guys spray "special" roach poison to fumigate they will not stop coming out. Very annoyed by that situation.

Move in ,and first day notice the cockroach problem,the refrigerator and the dishwasher are super old, when they told me everything was new (lies),the shower doesn't work,now I'm stuck here for lease time

Very bad Roach problem that they will not fix and very bad mold that is causing major health issues. Swamp coolers that don't work in the summer.

Moved into dirty apartment. Fridge smelled rotten for weeks. Most appliances were broken and if not extremely old. Air conditioning doesn't work in the summer and no matter how many times You call management they won't fix it. Maintenance is lazy and do temporary fixes on everything and they never answer emergency number.

Been here a year. New management has made great strides on improving the grounds.....threw out a lot of undesirable people.....and remodeling units.....yet...loyal residents are given the opportunity to move to a newly remodeled unit for $300......
