I toured this complex two weeks ago and I had to apply that day for my apartment! This is the cutest apartment and it is super close to downtown and Magnolia. I adore the property manager, Colby. He is super sweet, funny, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made my move in process super smooth and problem free. I submitted a couple work orders once i moved in and Colby sent Fernando out the same day to help me. i am super impressed!

Great Management
The manager, Jacob is the best! If you have an issue, he’s responsive and ensures the problem is fixed correctly and promptly. Apart from the occasional helicopter landing at one of the hospitals and the train (that rarely, if ever blow their horn at night), it’s a quiet property. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a conveniently situated place to live.
