Applying for the apartment and moving in was very easy. Annie explained everything very well. I am thankful that she speaks spanish and is friendly. I give them 5 stars

I really like the size of my apartment, I moved in at the end of last year and still like it here. My sectional couch fits in the living room with no problems which is always a concern for me when renting an apartment. The ladies in the office are friendly and I like that they do events for the residents. The price of rent is very good compared to a lot of other apartments these days.

I moved in only a few weeks ago and I am really happy. The 1 bedroom has a lot of storage which is suprising.

These apartments looked way better in person than what appears in the pictures and the ladies in the front office are super nice and polite, always making me feel welcome. I can't say much about maintenance since I just moved in and haven't had any issues but when I see them they always say hi to me and anyone else they see outside. Ive never lived in an apartment complex where the entire staff is involved and the way they are is what gives this community a sense of home.

My family moved in about a year ago and we really like the property and our neighbors. The people here are very nice and the staff is always quick with the service requests. Usually after moving into an apartment we don't get treated as good as when we first moved in but that has not been the case here so we are really looking forward to stay for another year.
