My nice home has a private bed and bath room that should rent for $750.00 a month but I can lower it to as little as $300.00 monthly in consideration for a few minor favors, such as ocasional transportation, shopping , going... to the mail box across the street, answering the door. cleaning up after oneself, helping with a few household chores that my weakly maid neglected to do.
