Campus... Villa is a great place for a group of friends looking to live together--in groups as large as 4 or 6. Perfect 3-bedroom, 2-bath OR 2-bedroom 1-bath located just off Freedom Boulevard. Campus Villa is 3 blocks from BYU's lower campus and only a 3 minute walk to a bus stop. Close to Macey's, Smith's, and behind the WCSB (old Provo High School).

All rooms are shared rooms. Each tenant has access to a large, secured unit storage space in the basement. Basement also includes a large rec room with a flat screen TV, pool table, foosball table, and several couches. Walls in the units are thick so you won't hear neighbors, and each unit has their own washer/dryer.

Year contracts run through August 2025. The deposit is equivalent to two times the monthly rent rate. Total rent owed is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month, from Sep 2024 - Aug 2025. Utilities are fixed at $65 for gas, electric, water, sewer, trash & internet. The unit is wired for Google Fiber. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own internet account.
