Located 5 blocks south of BYU campus, the Summerlyn complex has spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with all private rooms. There is a very large living area which is perfect for having friends over. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and has lots of counter space, and plenty of cabinets and drawers. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Closets are full size. Each tenant shares a bathroom with only one other person. There is a washer and dryer in a designated closet area of the apartment. Each unit has 3 assigned parking spaces and there is an open lot with enough parking for each tenant. Summerlyn is a 10 minute walk to the 300 N UVX station and less than 5 minutes from a BYU Ryde stop.
