The Ashley building has location, close to the metro, gig shopping mall and food stores, Costco, Harris T, Target as well as Ulta, TJ etc. The building is surrounded by green areas that are perfect for walks and run . Lots of facilities and events organizes by the building management

I’ve been living at River House James Apartments for about a month now, and I can already tell it’s an excellent community. The management has been extremely helpful and responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns I’ve had. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with clean, landscaped areas that give the property a welcoming feel.
The amenities are fantastic—there’s a well-equipped gym and a nice pool area, both of which add to the overall experience. The apartment itself is... modern and spacious, with great finishes, and I’ve been impressed by how quiet and peaceful it is, despite being in a lively area. It feels like a place where you can truly relax after a long day.
One of the standout aspects is the sense of community. Even though I’ve only been here for a short time, I’ve already noticed that neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie. It’s clear this is a place where people genuinely enjoy living.

The apartment complex, personnel, and units are all great. However, the elevators in the Potomac building are constantly breaking down or under renovation, causing long wait times to get in and out of the building on a daily basis. There has been at least one elevator not working since the day I moved in.
