Loud Noise, Garbage Spilled & Dripped on Stairways (Stinks)
My wife and I lived at the Steel Lake Plaza Apartment for quite sometimes now. We like the old folks that used to live here, love the surrounding communities; the lakes, shopping mall, transit center and nearby grocery stores.
However, a newly moved in neighbor across the unit played loud music with strong base at various times; day, nights, weekends, and so early (right before dawn). They stomped as they make their journey up and down the stairs.
Very inconsiderate people. Garbage spilled... (chicken/ pork bones) and it’s juice dripped on the stairways. It stinks! Use to have someone stopped by once a month to clean and vacuum the stairways — not anymore.
I have communicated the same issues to the property manager 4-5 times already. She told me that she will check with her manager, before taking any legal actions. I know that she has tried, and she sounded very genuine as well. I told her I appreciated her efforts. Otherwise than that the rental price of the properties at Steel Lake Plaza has been increased substantially, but no improvement whatsoever. Not that I’m aware of anyway.
I just want to give an honest review of this place.
