I was sent a video of my apartment before I moved in because I could not tour in person. When I arrived, I found out that they had showed me a different apartment with a much bigger balcony. I specifically asked about the balcony, and was told that they were exactly the same.
If you are moving in DO NOT expect the apartment to be clean. When I first arrived, the floors were caked with dirt, there were nail clippings in the bathroom, rotting food under the fridge, and so much dust on the blinds... that it made me choke.
Shortly after I moved in, I saw that many tenants were moving out. I asked why they were leaving, and they said that they were informed that the only elevator was going to be under construction for THREE MONTHS! I was never told about this before signing the lease, and I've also never heard of a 3 month elevator construction project.
During the elevator construction, the key scanner to enter the building was removed without the tenants being informed. I got locked outside and tried to call the building manager, but his phone was turned off. I was locked outside the building for over 2 hours before someone let me in.

Love the building and area!
My wife and I moved in about 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier with our decision! After looking all over Capitol Hill, what really made us choose this place was the location, management, and the water pressure lol.
