Property Address: 4814 Interlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
Pros: Great location near Lower Woodland/Greenlake/45th, pleasant neighbors, recently renovated, great natural lighting.
Cons: Multiple break-ins in two years (there was a masked thief holding a crowbar in the hallway one night), terrible noise from traffic, crime, ventilation issues, problems with waste pickup, super cheap construction, loud service vehicles performing work at night.
It was fine. I recommend renting any one of the newer buildings around that's going for the same price.
