The other review is exactly what is happening to me. They left me without a place to live , saying the move in day would be Oct 1, and the 3rd at the latest and told me the day my lease (at my old apt ) was over that they have no idea when the building will open. They have never reached out to me once , and also tried to get me to move to a different unit, then claimed they thought I was someone else . I don’t know what going on, the building is real, and looks finished. Very strange and... management has very poor communication. Don’t apply if you need to a place to live, cause you might not have one.

Horrible Leasing Experience
I applied for a unit late August with an expected move in of early October. After a lengthy paperwork process and many in person meetings to fill out paperwork and provide documentation, and after being told I was pre approved in late September for my specific unit, and all my paperwork was done, they decided to wait until the day my lease was up at my current place, after giving them my notice to vacate, that I actually was not approved and if I still wanted to live there I would have to switch... to a different unit at a price that was way higher than the unit I originally applied for. During the entire process the communication was only started by me reaching out asking for updates and being told very little information. They also got who I was mixed up twice, telling me I needed things that I did not need because they thought I was someone else. Overall the management there had horrible communication, they were very behind on getting my paperwork ran (obviously), and only told me what I wanted to hear instead of the truth, which is they have no idea when the city will start to allow people to move in. I will never recommend anyone lease through not only this building, but the leasing company as a whole.
