This place is awesome. Love the staff and neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The property is nice and it’s quiet. The rent is reasonable.

Great apartment home in a great location!

Really enjoyable small complex. Single story feels like your own house. Great neighbors, clean complex grounds, BBQ area and pool. New management seems to be making improvements and are very professional, which is nice. And its a great Arcadia lifestyle location!!

Nice Small Complex

Recently moved in here, and wanted something that was one floor, one level. This fit the bill perfectly. The rental experience was fairly easy, although Covid complicated things a bit. Just a heads up, there is an additional charge of $90 per month for utilities (water, sewage, trash). Electricity extra. Also, new management so we will see, rents in Phoenix are incredibly high right now.

Escondido Living

Lovely complex in the heart of Arcadia in Phoenix. Just recently moved in, and the grounds are well maintained. Move in and rental was easy and fairly quick of course with Covid still a concern. Just a heads up, in addition to the rental prices listed there is also a $90 fee monthly for water and sewer, and an additional $30 fee monthly for shared electricity through SRP. Rents in Phoenix are incredibly high right now.
