Roaches, going on four months. They’ve sprayed and sprayed. This last time they came through my bathroom window. Between the noise and the bugs, I promise you, the cheaper rent does not make it worth living here. It’s awful and they refuse to release me from my lease.

Since January I’ve been doing battle with roaches. They spray and spray. The last time they actually came through my bathroom window. I asked to be released from my lease. Not only did they demand sixty day notice, they want a penalty fee! So, they’re actually forcing me to stay. Trust me, they don’t care about your experience here. Between the noise and the roaches, it’s been hell. Don’t even look this way. I’ll be leaving asap. I will not reward them with a penalty fee either.

First water damage occurred early Mother's Day- that was over 3 months ago. 3 more times water damage, and we were finally offered a reasonable (equal size) alternate to move to on the 4th major leak. It took over 3 months, and mold was building in that place badly- now we are seeking legal advise and looking for a place to live. How is this place worth $900 per month and no refunds are given for this mess?

It's nice comes with everything I need I'm on my own got a job but sometimes I can't afford food and stuff I need its about 800 a month but I pay it weekly I could use the help then maybe I could get a car faster it's perfect here for me I like it so much I don't wanna leave when I get my taxes

I've stayed here for about a year and it's been excellent. The staff and management really seems to care about their residents. They recently gutted and replaced the pool and laundry area to be really nice. Only recommendation is that the free internet can get congested and slow down a bit in the evenings. Clean, safe and never had any problems.
