Cortland West Palm is exactly what I was looking for! It’s quiet, very relaxing and clean, and feels like you’re living in a resort when you’re at the pool. Not to mention you’re 6 minutes from the airport and right across the street from a huge tanger outlet shopping center.

I have lived at Cortland West Palm for the past 3 years. They have update the apartments and kept up with the amenities over the last few years. They are quick to respond to service requests. They get the landscaping done weekly. They have a very well lit parking lot and stairwells as well as a gated community that has always made me feel safe.

Cortland West Palm Beach has been one of the best apartment buildings I've lived in. The property has been well kept, maintenance issues handled within a reasonable timeframe and the amenities are a great.

I've been living here since March of 2020, and have recently had to transfer units due to mandatory renovations. Cori and her team have been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish of what could've been a very tedious process. The new unit is beautiful, and I love living here. Thank you for your continued help throughout my time here.
