The apartment is nice, it could use more kitchen storage. The grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. So far I like living here.

Great location, 3 blocks away from the Battery. Lived here for a while now. Safe community, clean property. I don’t like that they always change management and employees that work in the leasing office but overall satisfied. I wish they had a dog park as many tenants have dogs that live here but the pool, gym, tennis/pickle ball court and public garden makes up for it. The public laundry room is trash. Machines don’t work properly and have been that way for a while however, car wash on property... and trash valet is super convenient.
